Operation

The Magnasafe range are magnetically operated, they use high quality reeds and magnets to open and close the safety / auxiliary contacts.

How does Mechan describe the contact configuration? (IMPORTANT)

Mechan Controls describe the state of the safety contacts as N/O (normally open) and the auxiliary contact as N/C (normally closed) when the door is open and not within operating distance.

Volt Free Outputs

Volt free contacts are invariable mechanical contacts. In order to form a safety circuit, connection to monitored safety inputs is required.

Tolerant to Temperatures

Standard -10°C to 55°C. High temperature version capable of reaching 125° C.
