Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

How to Return an Item


Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds will be made no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods at Axxa Ltd and confirmation of condition.

 

1. Please email sales@axxacnc.com to request a return and we will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

2. Mail your returned item to: Axxa Ltd, Jumbo Business Park, 2 Beaumont Road, Tunstall, Stoke on Trent, ST6 6BE, United Kingdom.

3. Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee


All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid for the order.

Manufacturer Defect 


All items carry a 12-month warranty. If stock is available Axxa Ltd will replace or repair the faulty item after confirming the condition of the original item. If not we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation Policy 


If a cancellation is received before the goods are despatched Axxa Ltd will provide a full refund. If the goods have already left our depot then we will attempt to retrieve them. If this is not possible then we will refer you to our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy.

Payment Policy 


Accepted Methods of Payment:
Credit Card (Visa and Master Card)
Paypal
Bank Transfer - You have 1-month to pay your order before automatic cancellation.

Make sure all the bank charges are paid and the total sum sent matches your order total.

Credit Card Charges
