Here are the frequently asked questions and answers.
My part is not in stock. Do you have it?
We have stocks that does not show on website which are mainly on backorder or from other sources. Contact us for enquiry.
How do I checkout?
If you have found a product you would like to purchase, add it to your cart and head to checkout.
What service do you ship with?
DHL Express for the majority of products or if you would like, we can drop it off at the post office.
My products have not arrived yet. Where is it?
Every order has its tracking number. You can use that to check with DHL Express or Royal Mail for updates.
I just placed an order. What happens now?
We have received your order and process it immediately. Once we do, you will receive a tracking number in your email and a status update.
I want to order but use my shipping account. Can I do that?
Yes, you can choose the "pickup" option in shipping and forward the details to sales@axxacnc.com about your account. Let us know if you need the parcel packed.
I would like to come pick up in person. When is it okay?
You can come between 9 am - 3 pm UK time the best. If you want to come outside these hours, please let us know as the gate could be closed.
Can I have your stocklist?
Yes! We send out weekly stocklists via email. Just contact us and we will add you to the list. It's in Excel format.
How long will it take to be delivered?
Depending on country we ship to. UK mainland is usually 1 day with DHL Express. 2-4 days with Royal Mail. For all other countries it's between 2-4 days with DHL Express.
Can I have a VAT Invoice?
Yes, you can print it in your Axxa account, or ask us directly and we will send you one by email.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with exemption to sanctioned and embargoed countries(Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Sierra Leone, etc).
Can I pay in Euros?
We charge in GBP mainly so you will see GBP only on website invoice. To pay in different currency, please contact us.
What is the warranty on items?
All products we supply come with 12-month warranty. This is to cover you within 12 months of purchase.
Do you do same-day delivery?
Yes! Ensure to check out before noon UK time to ensure it goes out on the same day! We also do local delivery the same day if you are around us. For extra charge, we can get it to you even sooner.
Can I return the part if it's not correct?
If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us at sales@axxacnc.com with details of why you would like to return the items. We will reply within 8 hours on workdays.
