The TC-9102 series of microprocessor-based controllers is designed forthe control of Fan Coil Units (FCUs) with heating and cooling. and asingle-speed. 3-speed or variable-speed fan. The controller can regulatewater valves. one or 2-stage electric heating. or a cooling unit where thecompressor has its own short cycle protection.The comfort temperature set point of the controller may be adjusted via aTM-9100 Series Room Command Module. and the occupied andunoccupied control modes of operation temporarily changed. A windowopen sensing contact may be connected to switch the controller to the offmode. and a low temperature limit protection feature is available.The controller is factory-configured to control with default operatingparameters so that no external setup devices are necessary. However. asoftware package for a PC is available to verify the correct operation ofthe controller and to modify the configuration. if necessary.Winter and summer compensation may be enabled when the controllerreceives outdoor air temperature data via the communications bus. andmodes of operation may be set by time scheduling programs or controlprocesses in the supervisory system.

Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

How to Return an Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds will be made no later than 7 days after receipt of the goods at Axxa Ltd and confirmation of condition.

1. Please email sales@axxacnc.com to request a return and we will assign you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).

2. Mail your returned item to: Axxa Ltd, Jumbo Business Park, 2 Beaumont Road, Tunstall, Stoke on Trent, ST6 6BE, United Kingdom.

3. Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and this will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid for the order.

Manufacturer Defect

All items carry a 12-month warranty. If stock is available Axxa Ltd will replace or repair the faulty item after confirming the condition of the original item. If not we will issue a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

If a cancellation is received before the goods are despatched Axxa Ltd will provide a full refund. If the goods have already left our depot then we will attempt to retrieve them. If this is not possible then we will refer you to our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges policy.
